Do you need to come inside my home?

How do you know the size and features of my home?
Living area and many property characteristics are obtained from the county property appraiser's records. Additional characteristics can be verified using MLS history, satellite imagery, your photographs, and the information you provide.

You will receive a link to a photo page. Typically, photos should show the front, rear and sides of the home, interior rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and additional features such as a pool, porch, garage, or other improvements.

The $325 virtual appraisal uses current photos, client-provided property details, public records, MLS information and other available data instead of an on-site visit.
